Daniel Morgan was born on July 6th, 1736. Daniel sadly died on his birthday July 6th, 1802. He was only 66 when he died. Morgan moved to Virginia in 1753. He fell in love with Abigail Curry. With Abigail, he had two children named Nancy and Betsy. Daniel Morgan's parents were Eleanor Lloyd and James Morgan. He was one of the most amazing battlefield tacticians of the American Revolutionary War. Daniel Morgan was not only in the American revolutionary war. He was also in the Invasion or Quebec, Battles of Saratoga, Battle of Cowpens, and Whisky Rebellion. The war began at the Battles of Lexington. He recruited 96 men in only ten days.
