His associates back then were George, Jeff, and Igor. This George’s full name is George Lucifer Henry Cornwall, not Henry George. Each of Dan’s friends has a doctorate in some type of math or physics, so he called them up and told them about the calculations. Four years later, in 2023, they’d all quit their jobs and were three months out from completing a functioning time machine. George is a tall, stout, man. Ten years older than Dan, he is the oldest in the group. Igor is small and meaty, the youngest of the group. And Jeff can be nudnik, and slow at times, but he is a quibbler of his own work, making it the best of the group. These four work in the attic of a rundown theatre on Broadway. “Igor! I need it now or the reactor will explode!” Daniel was trying to install a piece of hardware into the machine, but Igor hadn’t finished the piece yet. Earlier that day Igor had told Daniel that he had finished it, but in reality Igor thought he could finish it, and eat lunch before Dan started the …show more content…
“If they keep us to write software, and finish it, we might be able to escape.” George and Igor were scheming, planning to time travel back to when the mathematics was placed on Dan’s desk, and destroy it. “What we’ll say is that one of the pieces of hardware has malfunctioned, so we can’t do a remote software update.” George, pitching the plan to Dan and Jeff, was eerily giddy. “They will only send one of us, so we have Dan go, and he’ll grab the key-card out of his escort’s pocket, and toss it to me. Than we will run through the halls into the time room and escape!”
Later, Dan called out to a scientist person, “Hey, we can’t remote update the software. I need to get in there and fix the hardware.” They let him out, and he swiped the key-card, tossing it to George. Once they were down the hallway, in the Time Machine Housing Room, George opened the cell, and the three ran down hall. There was one guard facing Dan and the time machine, with his back to Igor. Igor grabbed the baton from the guard and bashed him on the back of the head. They then ran into the room, with the security camera catching them the alarm went off.
The guards ran up the hall to find the room

    2. He accounts for each of his proposals by stating that there are several good reasons for testing, and kinds of test, but he says if the aim is to discover a weakness, what is the point of downgrading and punishing it. It only helps the students to conceal their weakness, by faking and bullying, and also by cheating. Goodman writes that the people who would object to his idea would be the students and the students' parents. Bonilla-Silva describes color-blind racism, or new racism as “the language used by whites to defend the racial status quo,” (Bonilla-Silva, 2001, p. 114). He explains that color-blind racism serves to maintain the privileges afforded whites, and outlines four central pillars of color-blind racism, including 1) minimization of racism, 2) naturalization, 3) abstract liberalism, and 4) the biologization of culture. Bonilla-Silva contends that in contrast with the blatant racism seen in laws and policies such as Jim Crow, color-blind racism “tend[s] to be slippery, institutional, and apparently nonracial,” (Bonilla-Silva, 2001, p. 114). It involves far more subtle and insidious tactics, such as directing black tenets to predominantly black neighborhoods or using such things as sponsorship strategies to ensure that housing districts, universities, restaurants, and so forth, remain populated by whites. Color-blind racism facilitates the mindset that inequalities existing today are born of naturally occurring, and…
