People die everyday. It is a fact of life and is something that will never change. In life we have two appointments we make on time, birth and death. It is the time in between that we get to enjoy and make of it what we want. It is also the time that everyone remembers us after we meet our second appointment. What you do in your life is how people remember you after your life. We remember these times as a celebration of the accomplishments they overcame and personal traits they always had. My Great-Grandpa Gall did not have a very lavish life but made the best of what he had. A very soft man at heart but wasn’t afraid to get his hands dirty and work for what was important to him, his family. My grandma (one of his daughters) always says to me, “He never had much, but he was content with what he had.” I often hear stories about them getting rides to church from other families because they did not own a vehicle. He never had much to say but never wanted much either. My Grandma says, “He was a quiet man who rarely ever raised his voice and did not usually show signs of anger.” He was not angered easily and had a calm attitude towards most anything. Like my Grandma, he was always willing to lend a hand to anyone in need. One of her fondest memories about him was when they got hailed out and they lost everything and he walked out on the front lawn and said, “Well We can make ice cream.” He never said much, but his attitude told people about who he
