As Christians take the right hand of fellowship it's expressing our love and sacrifice to our Lord and Jesus Christ for dying for our sins. So, not one person(s) can do what it takes too initially baptize himself/herself. They must read plus understand the word of GOD and be able to realize and understand the belief of our Lord and savior Jesus Christ. Baptism is the religious rite of Jesus Christ and the water in which person(s) are baptized in is the symbol of purification and the admission to his holy temple of love.
Every few months Christians enter a type of "Prayer and Fasting" called the "Daniel Fast"; this embarks on churches doing a wide open fast for a month to two months.
