Have you ever felt any emotional, mental or even physical burnout during your graduate school, or have you ever wondered how you could spend a better and more comfortable study era? A recent survey reports that approximately 33% of graduate students, specifically Ph.D. students, are at risk of having a psychiatric disorder like depression. Graduate students should understand how important it is to take care of themselves. Facing mental health problems can make serious threats to students’ well-being and their future career, and can have harmful consequences in the long-term. To have a healthy graduate school life, first, you need to learn how to manage your time, second, pay attention to your body by eating well and right, sleep enough and exercise, third, improve your mental condition by seeking out for support, being social, and finding motivation.

Probably you already have your method for your studies and work, but it is important to mention that you need to find a routine for your overall mental and physical well-being, which should be flexible and practical. No one knows you better than yourself, so the plan you are going to make must be factual and possible to follow for you. Having a decent and proper routine will help you to make sure you can have enough time to eat well, get enough sleep, get some exercise, and spend some time with family or friends even though you have lots of duties and tasks that need your attention in your school. Trying to find your daily routine and put above things into it will make them habitual after a while. There are several steps to establish a daily routine. The first step is to think and collect information about what you need to get done every day. Just grab a piece of paper and a pencil, write down everything you do
