A dance leader is responsible for learning the dance and teaching them to the other club members. They adjust the dance if the moves are deemed inappropriate and/or too hard for majority of the club members. A dance leader is aware that there will be more practices that they have to do compared to a regular club member. They also have characteristics of a leader: listens well, cooperative, determined, willing, and reflective, and most importantly not selfish and cares about their fellow members.

Other information:
Why do I have to do the audition? The club wants the best people to teach others, therefore an audition is needed to ensure that :D
How many days do we get to learn the dance? Two weeks
Do I have to do the exact dances that is given to me? Absolutely not! we encourage creativity. Treat the audition dance clip as a real kpop dance that you will teach. You have to show your ability to teach and change the choreography if needed (as stated above). All we ask is that you don’t change the entire dance or most of the dance because in a real kpop choreography you won’t get to change everything!
Why is there an interview? The short interview will let us know if you are able to handle certain situations. The interview questions will be open questions so just be yourself, you don’t have to worry on anything. (Example question: If a team member is struggling doing a certain step, What will you do?)
Who will be watching me during my audition? We will keep all auditions private. The judge panel will contain friendly people like Serah Del Rio, Alice Milana, and most likely Ms. …show more content…
Can I still try? OF COURSE! We encouraged everyone in the club to audition; you don’t have to be professional to join! Everyone who had tried dancing before will always find it hard to learn a new choreography, but with enough practice, you will be able to learn the dance even if this is only your first time! JUST PRACTICE PRACTICE PRACTICE!
