Animals have to go through evolution to survive just as humans have to adapt living habits to live longer. The National Geographic writer Dan Buettner did a Ted Talk on “how to live to be 100+”in this video Mr. Buettner introduces Blue Zones which are parts of the world where older people are living longer. In Burttner’s research the Blue Zone communities have eight common characteristics that help people to live to be 100 or longer. These eight characteristic are a plant- base diet, moving naturally, purpose, Spirituality, tribe with healthy habits, modern alcohol, family comes first and appreciating the elders community is what makes up the Blue Zone. Dan Buettner has taken these regions as examples to a healthier life style and improving the life expectancy of person.

The servers employees of Golden Corral go to work because financially needed or they have kids to take care off. The Blue Zone community purpose is to make them happy and look forward to their day. The Golden Corral community do this job because they need the money not because they like it. As other people do this job while they are working towards their career. Other employees do this job without a purpose in mind they just do because they are unable to obtain a better job do to their background. The employees do not have a main purpose other to make an essay money instead of having a major purpose like the people in the Blue
