My name is Damon Lewis and I reside in building 1100 apartment 1101. This is my letter of complaint against the property staff and the level of customer service that I have received. On May 2, 2016, I came into the office to put in a ticket that the stove was broken in my apartment. It has been 2 weeks and my stove is still broken and I have not heard from anyone in your office advising me of a date it will be fixed.
I am a good tenant and always make my rent payments on time and as I upheld my end of the bargain by making on time monthly payments. Your office did not uphold your end of the bargain in regards to providing your tenants with excellent customer service. I am requesting that you send a maintenance person within 24 hours to
