In high school Penny Dalton was shorter than average and had jet black, flyaway hair. She had a more of a rounded face and soft, brown eyes. She came to America in her seventh grade year, so she was a bit naive when it came to the american school system. However that didn’t really stopped her. Since Penny came from the philippines, where the education is much more higher, high school came pretty easily whereas college was a different story.
