Dallas Gunman Research Paper

After a thorough investigation of Micah Johnson’s residence, authorities found enough bomb-making materials to lead them to believe that the Dallas Gunman had been planning to expand his attack to a much larger scale. Dallas Police Chief (David Brown), said the Johnson had been practicing explosive detonations, and that the explosives could have had potential calamitous effects throughout the city of Dallas. Micah Johnson (killed via explosive), was an African American Army Reserve veteran. His believed goal was to wage mass carnage against law enforcement, for the unjust killings of innocent African Americans all over the country. He enacted his plan during the peaceful protest and vigil against the murders of Philando Castile and Alton Sterling.
