Although not all these scenes are not viewed as major scenes of the film they are important in understanding the characters in a more in depth level and allowing us to hypothesize reasons behind their actions. From this analysis we can formulate conclusions behind Ron and Dr Eves intense relationship based on the 'Misattribution of Arousal theory'(Schachter and Singer , 1962), we can examine the strong source behind homophobia and behind the application of stereotyping homosexuals, with priming and Nonconscious detection of covariance theories (Hill et al., 1989), and lastly we can evaluate the psychological struggle with 'the self' in transgender individuals using the discrepancy theory (Higgins et al., 1985).
