Dakroub Fire Case Summary

Candidate Dakroub took an extensive amount of time to gather his thoughts before briefing his fire team. When he did start briefing his team, it was evident that he did not feel comfortable or confident while doing so as he stammered and had to restart his sentences on quite a few occasions. During his brief, SNC did not explain how they were going to attempt to accomplish the mission nor did he assign tasks to his subordinate team members. After the end of his brief, the fire team started on the objective and as they started executing the obstacle is when Candidate Dakroub pass out tasking and explain the plan of attack. While attempting the mission, SNC did makes adjustments to his plan as needed when hit with points of friction and after

    On 02-23-18 at approximately 1700 hours, I arrested and transported Ramon Richard Arvizu to the Pasadena Jail for booking (Under PPD Case #18002500). It should be noted that I have had several police contacts with Arvizu on the west hillside on State Street and Railroad Street near the Pasadena Power Plant. Arvizu had a transient encampment set up and was living on the above hill for several weeks. Upon my arrival to the Pasadena Jail, I asked Arvizu if he knew anything about the fire which occurred at the bottom of the hill where he was living, on 12-08-17.
