Having daily interactions with my patients is necessary to use consistency to help me build trust. I would use this element to clearly defined goals and predictable job demands that would create a work environment that's reliable. Consistency would also help me produces trust between my team members because each worker can understand what I must contribute to my project so my tasks are not overlooked or ignored. Having this skill would let me have the ability to establish my reputation. I would focus on the present moment while maintaining a long-term view that could help me measure my results and the impact of my daily actions.
