2. Please describe how many people are involved and how many do you help (the scale of the service).
There are a lot of people that are involved in the organization like the local police office, girl scouts, pet smart, Kroger and more. That helps pass out animal food to those in need and donate food to the organization. They also have other programs in effect aside from Daffy’s Pet Soup Kitchen like the backyard sanctuary which traps feral cats for spray/ neuter and vaccines to manage the population of cats, Daffy’s P.A.S.T which helps family take care of there pets in case of a natural disaster, and daisy’s dog house which builds dog kennels and housing at women shelters so they can bring there dogs with them.

It was fun going through all the different pet outfits and talking to some of the customers that came by. I learned that it’s not easy to get a non-profit organization known and there’s a lot of work behind the seen to keep it going that people may not realize. The Organizer Coordinator has to get in a contact with a lot of different company’s to try to get donations and sponsorships with them. As well as figuring out ways to let people know about there organizations, making flyers, and setting up fundraisers and making more programs like a feline therapy center.
