Not everyone is good with change, a few don’t really know how to fully come to grips with certain situations they encounter, while others can easily adapt to change. Extroverts know how to accept and adapt to change they probably don’t like change, but they are positive individuals and know that in the end things will work out for them. Introverts on the other hand, hate change and don’t always know how to adapt. Introverts overthink everything, so they start to question things and begin wonder why things have to changed, or if these changes are for better or worst. They're not as positive as extroverts when it comes to change; it all takes time with them to adjust to any kind of change.

One of the last but biggest differences when it comes to introverts and extroverts is anxiety. When it comes to Introverts they tend to have anxiety way more than extroverts. Majority of the situations that they are in, whether it be going on a date, going to a party with friends, or even going to a family event they overthink everything. Sometimes they over plan things as well. Many introverted people like to be prepared for whatever situation no matter
