1. Location: The evaluation took place at the Well of Hope Drop in Center, 207 Broadway Paterson, NJ.
2. Witnesses: The evaluation was witnessed by the DRE Instructor Jeff Hanlon of the West Long Branch Police Department and Michael DeRosa of the Toms River Police Department.
3. BAC: The subject’s BAC was revealed to be .00% BAC via PBT6510.
4. Notification/Interview: TRAINING- The subject voluntarily agreed to participate in the field evaluation process of the DRE Training at the above location.

After demonstrating the test, Mr. Singletary advised he understood and was “ready” to begin. On my first “left” command, the subject missed touching the tip of his nose, striking the center of his upper lip then slowly lowered his arm. On the command “right,” the suspect touched his right nostril with the tip of his finger. His movements back to his body were very slow and exaggerated. After failing to bring his arms down immediately after touching his nose, I advised him that his hand was to return down to his side immediately. During the test, I observed eyelid tremors in both of his eyes and a clockwise sway, ranging from 2”-3” back and forth. The rest of the test was completed with no deviations from the
