These courses provided follow on training specifically to Soldiers who were assigned to a FORSCOM unit which focused on the tactical aspect and skills of 35P Soldiers. The course length was 6 weeks and the curriculum was aimed at teaching the equipment that Soldiers would use while assigned to a Brigade Combat Team (BCT) or Brigade Forward Support Battalion (BFSB). Training within the course covered equipment, reporting skills and tactical movements. Soldiers were sent to their units requiring very little On the Job (OJT) training upon completion of the course and were both tactically and technically proficient. This should be taught in EWRT 1B because to this day, students in college are afraid to take pride in their ethnicity or to show their sexuality in fear of being judged. Many students in society often get bullied because of their race. Reality shows that even some companies hire/terminate employees based on race, even when they are not allowed to discriminate. One of my friend’s old workplace fired several workers. The reasons behind the work terminations are not too certain, but the workers had one thing in common, they were asian.…

    Dock Lock Not Engaged Case

Three misses are clerical, and are the result of failure to complete additional steps required every 12 hours while a trailer is docked as DLNE. The final miss was a process miss, which was the result of an employee mis-entering the trailer in the TDR application as having a dock lock engaged. This caused none of the secondary components required to be placed to be utilized. This error could have caused serious injury or death and is completely avoidable with the available engineering control of a Dock-Lock. Proposed Solution: There are many benefits to the Dock-Lock product, such as its inability to be disengaged without instant visible and audible alarm, it’s design, which prevents a trailer from shifting or moving, such as if it were struck by another tractor or trailer, and lastly it’s benefits to the operations team by decreasing the Takt time for TDR…
