DOI: 11/26/2014. Patient is a 52-year-old male combo stock driver who sustained injury while he was building a pallet when he felt a pop on his right groin. Per OMNI entry, he was initially diagnosed with inguinal hernia and neuralgia secondary to surgical complication. Patient is status post open right inguinal hernia repair with mesh on 01/16/2015, right groin exploration with triple neurectomy on 05/31/16 and right groin exploration, adhesiolysis and mesh removal on 09/13/16.
Per the IME report dated 11/29/16, patient was diagnosed with chronic right groin pain. Patient has 100% disability. Further treatment includes MRI of the pelvis and groin and pain management.
