Of the several amazing performers showed in the film, I choose to watch and describe DJ Shadow’s performance. One of the first times DJ Shadow shows up in the video is during the jam session with DJ Q-Bert, DJ Relm, and DJ Flare. When it was not his turn to show off his style and moves, DJ Shadow listened to the others around him, and even bopped his head to the beat and groove of the other turntablists. When it was DJ Shadow’s turn, he used a style of very fast-paced scratching and fader movements. He would move one of the records back and forth in rapid succession to get coarse, sharp scratches but they still worked with the beat. He also turned on and off the fader in quick movement to get the scratches to be in a staccato form. His way
