Hi, I am a D.A.R.E graduate student in 5th grade at Clear Creek Elementary. The D.A.R.E group provides police officers to teach students and other people what not to do,and what to do incase of a scenario. I will be telling you about what I learned, The D.A.R.E decision making model. Last but not least, what I will do now because of how it helped.

What does the D.A.R.E decision make model help with?
It helps by breaking it down into four sections. The first section represents D. The D means define. Define is were you describe the problem or some kind of challenge. With define,it helps you discuss what the matter is.The second section is A. The A means assess. Assess helps by showing you your choices and what you can do about the situation. It helps by breaking it down and helping you figure out the

We learned how to speak to people without being to harsh. We learned how to relax. Some ways are to count to 10 and take deep breath. Some way out of school is to do yoga if you want to feel good and relax. We also learned how to walk away from something that is not right. Pretend if you were with some of your friends and they start smoking and they ask you to join.What would you do? You would say no polity and say you have to go. Also to never smoke. It can lead you somewhere bad in life.

Do you know what is awesome? Yea, your right it’s D.A.R.E. Some things that I will do now because of how much D.A.R.E helped me. First of all it teaches you how to react when something bad happens. Everyone who is in D.A.R.E will know how to handle a scenario. We are better now because we know to say NO to drugs . We know that you have to be 18 and over to drink. But a better age is 21 because they can handle it better. Also when someone ask us to do something we can say NO and walk away or runway. I could say more but that would take me forever! But seriously D.A.R.E is
