I believe that D.ED program is preparing me for something meaningful for example, an ethical leader in work that I do and also other aspects of my life. I can see transformational process taking place in me. Working in a non-profit organization and serving at risk population is giving a unique purpose in my life. I try to identify creation, fall, and redemption in my work and look for opportunities to restore the world to my best abilities. I want to touch the lives of at risk families that I serve in positive ways. I want to provide them with thoughtful resources in the community so that they can access the needed services, which may impact their lives. I want knowledgeable and sensitive staff to work with these families to bring empowerment.
