My project is on D.B. Cooper who is known for his famous airplane hijack. D.B. Cooper was getting on Airlines flight #305 in Portland bound for Seattle. While the plane was in the air he told a flight attendant that he had a bomb in his briefcase by opening his briefcase showing some exposed cables. The 200k he demanded were in twenty dollars bills, he tied the bag of money to himself he jumped off the plane somewhere North of Portland.
Approximately 1,000 troops searched for D.B Cooper or his body but there was no sign of his body the money nor the parachutes he used. Nine years later there was a young boy digging a fire pit where he discovered three bundles of cash this was one clue to D.B Cooper disappearance. Upon this clue FBI searched the hole beach, the river was dredged by Cooper Hunters and theories on where the money ended this supercharged D.B Cooper legend. I believe that D.B Cooper never died nor that he escaped with the money. My reason for believing that he didn’t die is because the parachutes nor his body was found. Another reason is because there was a kid who found some of the money whiling digging a fire pit. The amount of money found was $5,800, which

Anna Julia Cooper was conceived in Raleigh, North Carolina on August 10, 1858. Cooper was the eldest of two girls destined to an oppressed dark lady, Hannah Stanley and her white Slave Owner George Washington Haywood (Rashidi, 2002). As indicated by Rashidi (2002) "Cooper had a tenacious enthusiasm for learning and a genuine conviction that dark ladies were prepared to take after scholarly interests (on-line). " This was a case that appeared to be sensible, on the grounds that at seven years old, Cooper was acknowledged into an educator 's preparation program at St. Augustine 's Normal School and Collegiate Institute, an arrangement that required earlier scholarly preparing (Biography Resource Center, 2001 (BRC), 2001). Cooper inevitably graduated to the educators level and wedded George C. Cooper who was additionally a previous slave in, 1877.…

I believe D.D. Copper survived his jump because, he didn’t ask for “four parachutes” for no reason. I feel he used the first parachute to slow himself like normal, and then used the other 3 for leverage to control his fall. The FBI claims “Cooper apparently knew specific details about air pressure, flight paths, and sky diving.” With all this evidence I do believe Cooper survived.…
