Cyrus Borg, voiced by Lee Tocker, is an inventor and P.I.X.A.L.’s creator. He used to be a human, but when the Overlord returned, he turned the man into a cyborg. I’m guessing Borg still has some of these “upgrades” and he just made them less noticeable. He’s disabled, with what exactly we aren’t told. But he is in in wheelchair, so my guess would either be a muscle disease or a spinal injury of some sort. We’ll probably never know. He used to have these high-tech artificial legs that sort of resembled a spider, but after the whole Overlord thing, he started using a regular wheelchair. He managed to invent most of the technology we see on screen starting in season 3, including the nindroid army. Granted, that was mostly the Overlord controlling
