The Cyclical Ketogenic Diet is not a fad diet anymore. As more and more people see the value of the diet, it is beginning to get the attention it deserves. Absolutely. It will take a few weeks to get your body accustomed to eating this way and fighting off the carb cravings. Be persistent and exercise some discipline. You will win in the end so think long term and take on the attitude of a finisher. It been said that all diets and all exercise programs work. It the people who choose not to work them. Getting your mental attitude together and learning how to think long term will be the key to your ultimate success on this diet.
I started working on the CKD as a way to better control my blood sugar. I quickly learned how to eat differently on this system yet still enjoy some of my favorite junk foods. I did not have to totally give up ice cream, pizza, popcorn or pasta. I just had to learn when to eat those foods in conjunction with the CKD program. The more I stayed on the program, the less I craved bad foods altogether and that was a major turning point. This will be a turning point for you
