Cycle Of Action Strategy

If one strategy doesn’t work, I must go through the cycle of ‘Re-evaluate, Question, Plan, and Action’.
1. Reflect: Reflect on why one strategy didn’t work. Reflect on what were your findings from it.
2. Question: What went wrong in the previous strategy and what can be done to fool proof it.
3. Plan: the next course of action and implementation of strategy. Have a contingency plan and backup plan just in case things don’t work out exactly as you plan.
4. Action: Implement the strategy. Engage with the children and families. Enable your staff with training and step by step guides on how to go about the strategy.
