Cycle And Support Staff In Schools: A Case Study

In evaluation, to the subjects I have discussed, there is a clear connection between the two subjects of the cycle and support staff within a school. The element of planning within the cycle is important, so that it is clear that learning should be taking place, however the planning only partly relates to the way the lesson will be delivered, as the same lesson plan could be interpreted differently by other staff (Fautley, Savage, 2013). The same learning objectives, may be met however in different method, therefore as a teacher if they want a certain method to be taught the planning must be detailed.
