Other terms that are used are; cyberattack, cybercrime, cyberharassment, cybertractics, cyber-break-ins, netwar, computer warfare, and virtual warfare (Weimann, 2004, p. 4). The National Academy of Sciences started a report on over computer security. They stated that we are simply at risk because we all are gradually depending on computers. Future terrorist will sadly be able to do less damage with a bomb than with a keyboard. The Electronic Pearl Harbor term had been created at this time to relate a threat of a computer attack to an American upset (Weimann, 2004, p. 2). Some forces have come together to help the fear of the cyberterrorism. These forces are; political, economic, and psychological. Cyberterrorism might not require a warning of violence, but the concerned people’s impact can be as effective as a terrorist bomb.
