To start of, some kids and teenagers have been victims of cyberbullying and a offender. In “What is Cyberbullying?” it states,”10% of youth ages 11-18 have been both a victim and offender” and “ 84% of cyberbullies report to know their target”. Most cyberbullies know who they are going to bully and some of them are teenagers.
