In fact most bully victims are impacted for a life time. When people get bullied at a young age, they are impacted for a lifetime. They always have something eating away at their emotions. The most common effect of bullying is extreme depression. Victims of bullies feel that they are getting bullied because of something that they did. Girls most of the time turn to their appearance as the reason they are getting bullied. This causes them to be depressed and have a low self-esteem. This normally causes girls to wear tons of makeup and even have eating disorders, so they can weigh the perfect weight. You can see the smart kids also called “nerds” getting bullied at every school. They probably just get bullied because they are smarter than the bully, but no one can be absolutely sure. These students will do anything to not get bullied, which normally means to act dumb. You will see their grades start slipping and them not paying attention during class. They just want to fit in, so they won’t get bullied anymore. Some victims aren’t lucky enough to make the bullying stop though. This is when the victims feel that the only way out is to take their own lives. At first they have suicidal thoughts, and then they get to where they can’t take it anymore. Suicide because of bullying has been increasing and it continues to increase. So, why don’t the bystanders stand up
