Cyber bullying is an epidemic that was not a problem until the 21st century. It occurs over electronic devices, like smart phones and computers. This problem often occurs over many social media websites and apps, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and countless others. But it still occurs in text messaging, e-mail, and any other form of chat messaging. Cyber bullies can harass their victims with embarrassing photos or videos, blackmail them, or say hurtful and nasty things. It causes a lot of unneeded stress in a teen’s life, and will no doubt cause a negative impact on their social life. It can be difficult for a victim to get away from cyber bullying, as it can happen anytime 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and can happen over any technological means.
