posting embarrassing pictures of me. Comments saying things like what a loser I am. It will

all be over soon, all the pain, and misery will be gone. More chats pop up, with more mean.

comments. I need to tell my parents. Situations like this are the reason cyber bullying

should be a crime.

Cyber bullying is the use of electronic communication to bully a person, by sending

messages of any threatening, hurtful, or embarrassing nature. (dictionary.com) These message

could include: telling someone to hurt themselves, sending embarrassing pictures, telling

someone they are ugly, and telling someone they deserve to die.

Cyber bullying is a very serious thing that has a lot of different effects on different

people. The victim of the cyber bullying may feel vulnerable, and they find it difficult to fell safe

post the victims private information about their family, friendships, and relationships. The victim

may feel depressed because the cyber bully destroys there self confidence. (verywell.com) The

cyber bully embarrasses the so they start to feel the need to be safe. Some teens who have been

cyber bullied or who are still being cyber bullied often begin to feel hopeless to, the point to

were they feel like the only way to escape is to kill themselves to get away from the torment.

without you.”

There are different types of cyberbullying like cat fishing. Cat fishing is where the bully
