As a parent, it is important to catch the signs.(3) Some indications that your child is being subject to cyberbullying are, becoming withdrawn or shy, hiding out in their rooms to escape reality, scared or insistent about not attending school, self inflicting harm, spending too much time on the computer or stops altogether, and the list goes on. Your child is sending you some type of message, whether it is deliberate or not. It is difficult to completely conceal what you are feeling inside and not show any indication of pain.
