With the exponential increase of technology in the modern day, it has made the accessibility and interactivity of the internet available to practically anyone. Daily usage of the worldwide web has become essential to our daily lives, from the entertainment of children to more sophisticated work related calculations. A person can use the internet to do anything and everything. Online shopping, event planning, communication, research, and education are just a few ways a person can utilize the internet. Of course, with so many wonderful tools and applications to increase our efficiency and reduce complications, there must also be negative aspects. Cyber bullying has become a well-established issue in society today, and will continue to be a major problem as long as technology exists. Cyber bullying is the action of bullying, harming, or harassing a person, or group of people by using technology. There are many various forms of cyber bullying including: Sending hate mail/messages to others, creating false fabrications and claiming it as the truth, to release/exposure of sensitive private information.
