Our mission “Is to provide excellent customer service, family atmosphere, and trust you can count on.” Purpose of Company The purpose of the company is to give small businesses a chance to save a little money by not using a big name accounting service or having to do them themselves. We will provide quality service and trust that is 100% guaranteed. Our visionary goal is to become the best accounting company in Jacksonville, Florida. Rules we will live by are honesty, integrity, loyalty, team work and the hiring of the right kind of employees. We will demonstrate a commitment to ethics; we will respect the backgrounds, lifestyles and ideas of each client as we expect them to respect us. All employees will speak positively and supportively about team members when we are apart, listen to others for understanding and assume positive intent (Romero, 2008). These will be the values of the company. Type of Business The business will be structured as a sole proprietorship. This will allow me complete control over the business.
