Having management that enforces safety is the number one chance for safety violations to be cut to a minimal. Cutting safety violations out is almost imaginary but if management can properly train each employee in the safety knowledge to do his/or her jobs, be watching the ever changing environment, and making sure that everyone is doing their job properly.
