While doing my fitness testing, my initial goals were to follow the rating chart found on page two of “My Personal Fitness Gram Profile” booklet, and seeing how many laps, full-body push-ups, curl-ups, back-saver sit & reach etc. I needed to do according to my age to achieve high performance. Throughout the course I have practiced and pushed myself to do better in order to achieve my goal. Looking at my final fitness test I have achieved my goal, by reaching a high performance in all of my activities. If we look at my fitness testing in the beginning I was able to reach a high performance in couple of my activities but not all of them. However with a little bit of practice and of course patience I was able to achieve my goal by improving my stamina and believing that I can actually do it. …show more content…
Although I did not change my goal completely I did add a thing or two to just make sure I was still going to follow through with my goal and that was to focus my attention to it and to practice outside the school as well in order for me to become better. Along the way I was able to develop different strategies as well like pacing myself when I run, and doing a couple of warm ups before doing any kind of activity in order to increase my body temperature, by doing so it will increase my blood flow which will essentially prepare my muscles for the workload to come. The reason I have added these extra things to my goal is so that I become even better at my fitness testing.
