PER REPORTER: The parents share custody of Brooks. The custody agreement is unknown. In mom's home is mom, possible boyfriend of mom, cousins, and an older sister. There is no one else in the father's home. Brooks has been texting saying she is very depressed. She said she wants to harm herself and commit suicide. The father is aware. They are unsure if she is getting help. Brooks has texted and voiced this to the reporter's client many times.
