As mentioned before, they don’t really talk about improving obesity-related co-morbidities, but when analyzing the diet and exercise program, and the average weight loss we expect the risk for obesity-related comorbidities to be reduced, once we already know that a weight loss of 5% only can reduce those risks.

Data analyzed 235 participants in the Curves program. Participants who were members for 6-12 months lost about 8.7 lbs; 1-2 years lost about 13 lbs; 2-3 years lost about 11 lbs; and >3 years lost about 16 lbs.
