Curtis: Performing Better In The Classroom

Curtis is a polite young man and is very liked by everyone because he has a great sense of humor. However, in class, he is academically behind in all academic classes. He should be performing better in the classroom because he has the ability. He does exhibit behaviors to avoid doing his work, makes noises, out of his seat and distracts others. When confronted and redirected, Curtis will always deny any wrong doing. Curtis is currently on a 5 minute delay to each class period because he is touching and tripping his peers, Curtis has had referrals because of this behavior.
Curtis is also on a behavior chart and can earn rewards daily. Some days this is effective and Curtis will try hard in class. Other days Curtis will put in no effort
