However, social responsibility should take a burden in ensuring the safety and security about others according to President of George Washington University, security is not an issue that could be solved from the managements level to the lower levels, it’s an issue that should come out from the students and the staff of the campus, people who are involved in campus life should care about each other and look after each other when you around the campus and when you are off campus doing any activities students should look after each other and try to protect one another. (Stephen Joel, 2007) Even though it’s harder nowadays to get people or in this case students to get to care about each other and watch each other backs not because they are bad people rather than they do not because they do not socialize they simply do not know each other to care about each other. Involving students with more groups’ activities in classes and outside classes would manage to help them socialize more and get to know one another which ultimately will get them to care about others wellbeing. Moreover, creating a cultural change in any origination and it’s member such as the students in Curtin University to bring then all up to the university standards of security takes a lot of time, effort and commitment according to SANS Institute "Creating a cultural change in business does not happen over night, but requires time and patience. It is more than just a program. True change comes only when the vision is deeply engrained into the psyche and actions of every employee.
