Current Fund Observations:
We have looked over your current portfolio. We believe you have done a great job monitoring your investments. You have several different retirement accounts and you were proactive in getting these accounts invested early. You also have a variety of funds in each account. We would like to make a few recommendations to reflect your risk tolerance, risk capacity and risk need.
Portfolio Analysis:

We have observed some areas of improvements we would like to discuss related to your investments and portfolio. o We see you have about 30% in world and emerging markets we would like to lower that to closer to 20% of your portfolio. o You currently have a good deal of funds over lapping in your portfolio. • You have a household risk tolerance of 45. We recommend having a conservative overall portfolio. We will come this this by making Martha’s accounts more moderate since her risk tolerance was a score of 50. Arthur’s accounts will have more of a conservative approach since his risk tolerance was a score of 30. Martha’s portfolio we will like it to have more stocks and some bonds and Arthur’s portfolio would have more bonds and some stocks.

Below is a list of the holding in your investment accounts. We will explain each holding and our recommendation on if we keep the fund, buy more of that fund, sell some of the fund or remove all together. When you approve all of all our recommendation we then can discuss what funds we will buy to keep capital gains down and minimize taxes.
