Current Events Topic: Overpopulation.
To The Editor…..
Overpopulation is a problem that we don't really think of that much- it's something that is in the back of our minds. But with thousands and thousands of people getting birthed daily, our resources are on an all-time low. This can arise many problems, not just limited resources. We could potentially see in the future detrimental climate change and life expectancies getting shorter and diminishing every day.
Overpopulation can take a toll on our resources. With 7 billion people in our earth and growing, there's only so much that we can provide for the people on Earth. It may look like we have all we need for sustainable living, but those vital resources can run out as early as 2050.
