The tremendous outcast of the story "of mice and men".In the Steninbecks novel of mice and men there are many misfits.Some of these characters are out casted because of sexism,raceism,or inteligence.In the novel that Steinbeck wrote he named a ton of misfit or outcast.He named people like curly ,crook,curley’s wife,and lennie. The only person that is more of an outcast, less desired by society is curley's wife.This character is so much of an outcast she is not even giving a name in the novel she is just called curley's wife.Why did steinbeck create this character .
