Curley's Wife Monologue

After all the tragic had happen Curley and Carlson invited George to go get a drink. We were walking and saw them two guys were just sitting down and eating. Everything in that moment seem strange because of what had just happen and I was all scared and nervous for everything that would be coming more ahead after me killing someone important in my life. I decided to call Curley and Carlson to get closer to me.
“Can we get out of here” I whispered. “ I feel everything strange around here”
“George you just need to think positive” said Curley “Everything well turn out fine” We came out of the trail I still had that one last moment in my head of seeing Lennie alive with me. We came out the trail and started walking when suddenly we hear those

We decided to get closer and closer behind a small bush we all were squished in there but we were trying to be careful for them to not notice that there was people around.
As we got closer I was shaking because it just didn’t feel right. I saw one of the guys eating something strange.
“Aye Aye Aye Carlson and Curley what is that what is that,” they were trying to look closely to see what it was.
“Don’t see this George” “Why lemme see I wanna know what it is”
Curley recognized what it was.They stayed there for a few minutes they weren’t letting George get a good view of what the guys were eating. He was thinking what it could’ve been.
“Is it a cow. No no no , is it a goose” he was thinking while Curley and Carlson were seeing what exactly the guys were doing after finishing what they were eating.They were so grossed out.
“George let’s get out of here it’s nothing bad”
“Are you guys sure” said George”
“Ummmm yes we are now come on let’s go”
We grabbed George from his shoulder and started walking through the grass trying to get out of there without making any

It turned out that she started working t this new place called “The Shelf”. It was a place where they sale tools and she was the cashier. They need more guys in the shift that she had because the women's can’t be caring heavy tools.One day after she finished her shift to went to George house once again.
“George George are you there” said Luz no one was answering. She screamed louder “George are you there I need to tell you something important” after a minute George answered “Come in sorry I was out in the other side digging out dirt”
She went in and was excited to tell George that they had a possibility to work in the same job and get to know each other more. George really needed a job. After she told him she decided to take him to her boss and show him around after all the boss wasn't sure if she would want him working in a job without knowing that person as good.
So the next day he had a interview and he was so lucky because at that time the lady really need mans that would help her around carrying heavy stuff or other tools and move stuff
