As stated by FBI statistics, between the years 1994 and 2012, there were an approximate 2,900,000 arrests regarding curfews. In the city of Virginia Beach, city council wants to enforce a 10 pm during the week and a midnight curfew on weekends. I believe and am against curfews being added to Virginia Beach because of the numerous problems ranging from the restrictions on both teens and parents, non-reductive crime levels, mental issues among teens.
