Based on my evaluations from previous co-op and research experiences, for this summer co-op with Cummins, my main focus areas were as follows: Relation with others, dependability, and judgement. At the beginning of this semester, my primary objective was to surpass the expectations of my manager/supervisor in the above listed areas, and ultimately make a positive contribution to the Test Engineering Department at Cummins FBU. These goals were challenging to meet, especially because of the brevity of my co-op tenure. After reviewing feedback from different project stakeholders, and discussing the mid-semester and final supervisor evaluation with my manager, I believe that my stay at Cummins, even though short, has been a pleasant and an impactful
