This can be described as the process of using environmentally friendly inputs and transforming the inputs through change agents whose by products can be improved and recycled in the future.
Cummins Green Supply Chain
Cummins Inc. is working towards sustaining initiatives to promote social, financial, economical and environmental sustainability.
In respect to its suppliers;
i. All suppliers of company must adhere to environmental regulations and rules as they conduct operations and business. ii. The company expects the suppliers to comprehend the Cummins Green Supply Chain principles and to work towards meeting these rules.

It has focused on emissions reduction in relation to processes of logistics, reducing costs on transportation supply by sharing vehicles with other companies.
v. Shaklee – It is a natural nutrition products company. Shaklee obtained Climate Neutral certification, the first in the world, and were able to completely offset their carbon dioxide emissions (CO2).The founder, Dr. Forest Shaklee was inspired with living in harmony with nature and translated that to the company’s operations, which have indeed paid off as the company is at the top in terms of supply chains and
