CIMA is a Western US boots maker facing slow to moderate market growth with decreasing profit margins from 1990 to 1995. Based on the numbers projected for the following ten years, including profit margins, sale forecasts with seasonal variations, cash flows discounted values and investment costs, neither of the two proposals (Margaret and Anthony’s strategies) are acceptable.
