Understand Organization: Theory and Practice
The aim of the paper is to give a preview of the organization which is the Australian Government Ministry of Defense. This department is responsible for the security of the state as well as is national interests. The defense department is also responsible for the common wealth parliament. Its responsibility in this department is to come up with policies that are driven against safeguarding the activities of the government. Also, the paper is also going to look at the way the department has incorporated the theory of culture into its performance of activities to enhance efficiency.

As a result, moves towards examining the efficiency of culture on the performance of the military service as well as the presences of other minor cultures that may be affecting the state of defense in the country. It has been noted that the Australian culture has placed more concern on the policies and strategies that aim at ensuring the best forms security measures are attained (Burns, Eltham, 2014). In line with the cultural theory, it has been noted that there exist a rift between the officials of the Australian defense department and the reality of the whole issue (Tsohou, Karyda, and Kokolakis, 2015).This has led to the government incorporating culture as a theory that will act as an intervention in dealing with wars and other matters that deal with security in the country.
