What is cultural pluralism? To me, it is not only a variety of cultures grown in one atmosphere but also the internal affect between different cultures. Cultures are interesting, because every culture has its own habit, history and meaning. From my point, I really like living in a multicultural atmosphere because cultural pluralism could bring creativity, diversity and tolerance.

In a multicultural atmosphere, people will become more creative. To become more creative which means to create really different products or have novel ideas. Because people in the multicultural atmosphere, hence they will meet different kinds of people from all the world which means they can get to disparate things. However, according to the research provided by a famous university, it shows that within an ethnically homogeneous nation, the conflicts are yet frequent. To be contrast, people who live in the multicultural societies are more tolerance to accept the people from other countries, because they know how discrimination will hurt people. A interesting results showed that cultural will be assimilated as time goes by, so people will feel more and more familiar to the new culture they created. The best example can be showed is the cultural of Canada, because Canada was a colonization country and many immigrants from others countries came to Canada. Now Canadian created a their own cultural which is a mixture of various cultures. So people have tolerance in the multi-cultural societies.
